EXPERIENCE REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES DEVELOPED DURING THE PEDAGOGICAL RESIDENCE PROGRAM WITH EMPHASIS ON THE PROJECT DEVELOPED DURING THIS COURSE

The present work aimed to describe the experiences acquired during Pedagogical Residency Program, highlighting actions carried out in development of project. methodology is based on a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory approach, using writing as articulating axis for production this research. In summary, results show us how demanding moment pandemic remote teaching was, since teacher had adapt deal with difficulties that covid-19 taught. Considering encountered distance learning atypical period, use technological resources was paramount importance became only alternative continue training process, regency also took place virtually, one main problems we observed evasion students virtual classroom, view scenario, created project entitled: reflection socio-emotional school demotivation: look teachers face adversities teaching, soon , it possible observe real reason classes, thinking about it, decided carry activities motivation these students, that, held lectures themes directed issues teaching. Through facts mentioned above, meetings perceived, necessary topics were worked context, at mitigating impacts caused educational environment.
